This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, order from us online, or interact with our Google listings, and what we do with it.
The Handpulled Noodle operates three restaurants in New York City:

When you browse our website. Standard analytics data through Google Analytics: the pages you visit, roughly where you are, what device and browser you use, and how you arrived. This is not tied to your name.
When you place an order. Your name, phone number, email address, delivery address if you are having food delivered, your order details, and your payment information. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored by us.
When you call a number shown in one of our adverts. Google may record that a call happened, how long it lasted, and the area it came from. We do not record the contents of calls.
When you contact us. Whatever you choose to tell us in a message, review, or phone call.

We share information only with the services that make the business run:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We use software we maintain ourselves to read our Google Business Profile listings and our Google Ads account, so we can answer reviews and see how our adverts are doing. Those tools read our own business data through Google's APIs. They do not read, store or process any personal information belonging to you, and they are used by us alone, not offered to anyone else.
Our website and ordering site use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the ordering site may not work properly if you do.
You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and manage Google advertising personalisation at myadcenter.google.com.
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in Google Analytics. Anything else is kept only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was given for.
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email andrew@thehandpullednoodle.com and we will respond. Deleting information tied to a past order may be limited by our record keeping obligations.
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
